Going to take a chance .......

...... on Sergio Garcia to finally come good in The International tournament on the PGA Tour, which concludes tonight.

The Spaniard has to start winning soon, or his career is going to be a tale of what might have been, a player of his talent should be winning 3 times a year. Putting is a real problem, ranked 196th on tour last year, he is currently 164th for 2006, this week he is ranked 10th after 3 rounds, so some signs of improvement.

This event uses a Modified Stableford Scoring System, points are awarded as follows, albatross +8 , eagle +5, birdie +2, par 0, bogey -1, double bogey -3.

Sergio is currently 5 behind the leader Zach Johnson, who is the main danger, the second and third placed golfers, Flesch and Cink, both shot very poor final rounds here last year. If "El Nino" can keep the double bogey off his card today, having scored one each day, he could go very close. He plays the closing holes here very well, so he will be confident if in touch, playing the final six.

Think Garcia will finish 1st or 15th, all or nothing for him, all the demons are in his head, there is no one in contention to worry him, I am prepared to risk a little, that the comeback starts here.

2 points Sergio Garcia outright "The International" 9.6 betfair/ 9.0 tote/ .

Good Luck.
