Very pleasing day yesterday, 4 of the 5 selections won, showing a 9 point profit. In addition the 3 market movers all obliged.
I also gave a mention for two other tennis players and they both won too. Of course, I am only claiming the 4 winners, but 9 of the 10 teams/players discussed in the blog won, this shows how important it is to read the posts and not just blindly follow the selections. There is a lot of very good information "between the lines" and at the end of the day, you have to make your own decisions about what to bet.
There are a lot of matches in doubt in England today, either with snow/ frost problems or now that the rain has come, by waterlogging. The Southend groundstaff showed what can be done, their pitch last night, for the live SKY game, was in excellent condition.
I have some ideas for the lower league football, but will leave them until early afternoon, when the fixtures are confirmed, previews will be brief. Have one strong idea in the Premiership, which will be online later this morning, that is not under any threat, will also be looking at tonight's continental action, through the afternoon.
In Paris we have reached the semi-final stage and can look forward to Henin-Safarova and Mauresmo-Petrova. I will definitely return to this later, this has been an amazing tournament, where virtually everything has been correct, if only it was always so easy, but then there would be no fun !
