MONDAY ROUND UP .........

Following an excellent fortnight, during which we posted some very nice results, last week started slowly. However, we managed to turn things around, going 14/22 from Thursday onwards. No real complaints, we are close to 40 points up, for the last 3 weeks and those are profit levels that we should all be happy with.

The tennis went perfectly yesterday, Mauresmo won in straight sets, Simon not only took a set as predicted, but also won in 2 and Andy Murray retained his title in San Jose, in a titanic 3 set battle.

Plenty of tennis this week, with ATP events in Rotterdam, Buenos Aires and Memphis, the WTA moves on to Dubai, Bogota and also Memphis, which has both tours in town.

I am not going to dwell too long on yesterday's football, most disappointing result, was Marseille's failure to beat Nantes. OM had 67% possession and 19 attempts on goals, but, needless to say, Fabien Barthez was in outstanding form and on the rare occasion he was beaten, there was someone, to kick the ball off the line.

MASSIVE week ahead on the football, with some outstanding looking Champions League action.

Today, there are matches from England, Germany, France and Portugal and I will be back with these, currently looking at two bets and the tennis, later this morning.

Check back.
