LIGUE 2 ...........

Friday would not be Friday without Ligue 2 football and with just 6 rounds to go, things are hotting up.

Chateauroux could be without as many as 9 players tonight and could be forgiven for taking things a little easy, being secure in upper mid table safety.

Niort would love to be in exactly that position, but have no such luxury, however, three recent wins have enabled them to climb out of the drop zone and give them a platform, on which to build.

Admittedly they are much happier at home, but need to pick up the odd away point, if they are to survive.

At this stage of the season, they could hardly wish for a better team to meet, under these circumstances. A point, or better, for the visitors.

Elsewhere, Creteil, for very similar reasons, cannot afford to lose at home to promotion chasing, Caen, who, six points clear of 4th placed Amiens, might just settle for a point.

The visitors are without 5 key players and are down to the bare bones, in the striking department, they are stumbling over the finishing line, with just one win in 5 starts.

The home side are on a 4 match unbeaten run and can make that 5 this evening.

5 points Niort +1/2 ball 1.73 asian line. RESULT 0-0 + 3.65 pts

5 points Creteil +1/4 ball 1.81 asian line. RESULT WON 4-3 + 4.05 pts
Good Luck.
