USPGA TOUR ..... JOHN DEERE CLASSIC FINAL ROUND

LEADERBOARD

-15 GREEN

-14 CLARK

-13 BYRD

-12 GAY

-12 PERRY

-11 and worse "THE FIELD"

Leader Nathan Green and his closest pursuer Tim Clark, are very consistent golfers, they are not going to make too many silly mistakes, but are unlikely to shoot a score that will take the toournament out of reach. Both are still seeking their maiden tour win, although they have dozens of top 25 finishes between them, Clark an amazing 61 in 144 starts, but they cannot go that extra yard.

Brian Gay is another player on good terms with his bank manager, but his round 4 record when in contention is dire, averaging over 73 strokes and that simply will not get the job done. he is closing in on 300 tournaments without a win.

So, of the top 5, that leaves us with proven winners Jonathan Byrd (2) and Kenny Perry (9) and I see one of these two as the winner. Byrd plays the 4th round as well as anyone and is ranked 24th this year and was 20th in 2006. Perry was 55th and 46th respectively, he is a closer, someone who knows how to get the job done and is a winner waiting to happen.

Going to take the pair outright and a match bet for Byrd to beat Gay, which looks very strong.

Bet 365 have a nice each way offer for Perry 7.50 to win and top place terms of 1/5th the odds 4 places.

2 points Byrd outright 7.6 exchanges.

3 points Perry outright 8.4 exchanges.

5 points Byrd to beat Gay 1.813 Pinnacle // 1.83 general quote (which contains the tie).

Good Luck.
