Rovers had absolutely no luck at Villa in midweek, where they lost 3-2 after dominating the game. This was a noteworthy performance as they lost Roque Santa Cruz in the pre match warm up and he will be out for a couple of weeks. Which gives Benni McCarthy an opportunity to re-establish himself in the side and he will get chances against an Albion side that has scored a division low 8 goals and conceded 9 in their last three starts. If the visitors score, which seems extremely likely, it is very difficult to see Albion notching the two required to secure the win.

DONCASTER ROVERS - SWANSEA CITY
There is little point in repeating yet again my admiration for Roberto Martinez, who is going to coach at the very top of his profession, either in England, or his native Spain. His City side play some great football at times and are capable of passing teams off the pitch, especially if given the opportunity to do so, by which I mean, meeting a similarly minded opponent. Rovers are such a team, they are too good to be stuck at the table indefinitely and have played better than just two wins would suggest. However, goals are a real problem, just seven all season and that is understandable, as they have created a division low 59 goal attempts on target. Fancy football can only get you so far and you have to have a cutting edge, which is the major differnce between these two sides. A repeat of City's 4-0 win here last season is perhaps, too much to ask, but it should be an away win non the less.

DIVISION 1LEYTON ORIENT - HARTLEPOOL UNITED
I like Hartlepool coach Danny Wilson and after a slow start to the season, he has got his team really firing. The loan signing of Kevin Kyle has been a master stroke and they will want to make the most of his final start for the club, doubtless they are making furious attempts to extend his loan period behind the scenes. Pool are looking for a 5th straight win and do not wait until going three down ,before starting to play any longer, they have twice come back from that position this season, which tells you all you need to know about their battling qualities. They have tightened up at the back and continue to score for fun, a dangerous conbination. Orient are struggling and have collected only one point from 5 starts, failing to score in three from four. Pool won here 4-2 last season, in a performance that many O's fans rated the best seen at Brisbane Road all season and we should again see goals today, but it is the away win for me.
