LIGUE 2 ........ VANNES TO DRIVE HOME ADVANTAGE

VANNES - DIJON

Vannes have made a very soild start to life in Ligue 2 following promotion, especially at their fortress de la Rabine home stadium. Teams can often carry forward strong home form from National into their first season at the higher level, it is not so easy in the always difficult second campaign, but that need not concern us today ! Hosts are unbeaten at home, with a 4-2-0 record and 6-1 goal difference, if we extend that back a little further, they have lost just once on home soil since late October last year, that is 17 games and in that run, they have conceded an incredibly low total of four goals, or one, every 382.5 minutes !

Over that same period, Dijon have under performed, almost to a similar level and on the road, they have really struggled, with just two wins in 17 starts, conceding 27 times. That is a very even split between last season and this, where they have won one in seven, with 11 goals in the "against " column. All these stats relate only to league starts, but these two have already met once this season here in the League Cup, which Vannes won 3-0. I expect another home win and until they actually lose in Brittany, I would be loathe to oppose them.

Dijon: Bonnefoi, Perraud - Zywiecki, Vosahlo, Lotiès, Batoménila, Lebrun, - Morisot, Linarès, Carrière, Robail, Boateng, Bourgeois - Aubameyang, Souyeux, Ribas.

7 points Vannes -1/4 ball 1.87 asian line.

Good Luck.
